In this ear training class we’ll learn a tune without sheet music, utilizing musicianship skills that help pull notes out of the ether and into your fingertips. Learning tunes by ear develops a different part of your musician mind, and will help you understand music and harp playing in a deeper way. Also, the original tradition of Celtic harp was an oral tradition, so learning by ear is a great way to connect with and appreciate that tradition more fully.
